For example, if you rent a genset from us, we will remedy issues immediately upon a call. We do this by telephone trouble shooting first and if it still does not work, we will arrange a team to the site to rectify the issue. Simple issues include priming the diesel throughout the engine so that it can start itself up again after being drained of diesel.
